Why suppliers must take part
Over time this will form the basis for our standard supplier records held in all our internal systems (such as accounts payable). We also propose that in the future we will only purchase goods and services from our approved supplier directory and so it is essential that all suppliers are registered.
All suppliers with a 'meaningful ongoing relationship' with us must also be Profiled and Audited.
This isn't a single sided approach and we have ensured that there are important benefits to suppliers for taking part: -
- Suppliers only need to provide their company information once; saving time and money for example when pitching for business.
- Suppliers are able to review their own detailed report online comparing them to our 'ideal supplier' which shows their strengths and weaknesses and so allows suppliers to improve their prospects for more business.
- By becoming a TiVA accredited supplier we will promote your services throughout the DMGT Group as applicable.
- Use of the TiVA Accredited Supplier certificate and logo for promotional purposes.
Only Profiled and Audited (Premium) suppliers have access to these benefits.
